The project area is part of the San Berillo neighborhood, an area adjacent to Catania's historic center, specifically encompassing the area of Piazza Turi Ferro and Via di Prima. This area holds significant historical and cultural interest, but has suffered progressive decay and abandonment in recent decades. The project's goal is to enhance the area, making it once again accessible and usable to residents and visitors, through targeted urban redevelopment projects.
